We are a General Contractor, not a construction management company.The majority of the construction tradesmen on the projects work directly for us.This enables us to better control the progress of the project and set the pace.We subcontract the mechanical trades to reputable subcontractors that have worked with us for several years.  Harvard Electric Company, Inc. which is an IBEW Local Union # 3 contractor is owned by the principals of Creative.

Due to our strong knowledge in the mechanical and electrical trades we are able to better coordinate the work between trades and allow for concealed pipes, ductwork, etc. which are sometimes overlooked until it's too late causing unnecessary costs and delays.
